The event is designed as anintegrated campus hiring & career development expo, combining direct recruitment, workshops and industry talk shows in one structured series.
Implementation includes tenant management for 20+ participating companies, a registration system and managing the flow of 2,000+ visitors, as well as coordinating an official ceremony attended by the Head of the Jember Regency Employment Service. Supporting programs such as CV & portfolio workshops and talk shows with industry practitioners are designed to increase participants' work readiness and strengthen the value of the event as an educational and professional Jember Job Fair.
Results & Impact
POLIJE Job Fair succeeded in presenting more than 20 companies across sectors and attracted more than 2,000 job seekers in one day of implementation. The visitor and tenant management system runs in an orderly, effective and conducive manner for the recruitment process directly on site.
In terms of impact, this event accelerates the talent matching process between industry and potential candidates, while increasing the employer branding of participating companies in the academic environment. Workshops and talk shows provide a measurable increase in work readiness through high participation in educational sessions and active interaction of participants with industry practitioners.
